BSS LSE Region is seeking a highly organised Supply Chain Administrator to support HR, payroll, reports and site operations at Magna Park or Crosspoint sites. This part-time role (24 hours per week) involves working with the Head of Distribution to keep both sites running smoothly.

This varied role includes onboarding new starters, overtime processing ahead of payroll cut off, attendance reporting and ad hoc projects.

Aufgaben

• HR and recruitment support: be the go-to person for HR questions and onboarding new starters.
• Payroll: input overtime, produce shift allowance reports, administer bonus payments and process salary changes.
• Reports and data: run holiday reports, analyse attendance and coordinate with Payroll/HR/ER, complete Bradford Factor analysis.
• Site support and facilities: manage cleaning, vending and meeting room bookings, organise door access cards.
• Supporting the wider team: assist Head of Distribution with ad hoc projects.
