Vertu Renault Nottingham is hiring a Part-Time Service Advisor to join the aftersales team. The role emphasises delivering friendly, professional service as the first point of contact for customers seeking vehicle service or repair.

You will book services, keep customers informed, and work closely with workshop staff to ensure a smooth customer journey while promoting additional products and services where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering exceptional customer service
• Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance and repair work
• Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle's time in the workshop
• Liaising with technicians and workshop colleagues
• Explaining work completed and costs clearly and professionally
• Identifying and recommending additional products and services where appropriate
• Managing customer queries and resolving issues effectively
• Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
