Job summary

Vertu Renault Nottingham is offering a 15-month Customer Service Level 3 apprenticeship, delivering hands-on service experience within a busy service department. The role is full-time, paid at £8.00 per hour, and centrally managed by our Internal Talent Team.

As a Customer Service Level 3 Apprentice - Service Advisor, you will greet customers, explain service steps, assist with paperwork, process payments and keep records up to date while learning through the apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering great customer service.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, telephone, and face-to-face).
• IT literacy, including basic data entry and record-keeping.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for service customers.
• Welcome customers and ensure they understand the service process.
• Explain required work in clear language and manage expectations.
• Build relationships by delivering excellent service and following up as needed.
• Assist with paperwork, payments, and updating customer records.
