Job summary

Vertu Renault Exeter is seeking a Parts Advisor to join the friendly parts department. The role involves handling trade and customer enquiries, identifying correct Renault vehicle parts and processing orders with a focus on upselling and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role
• Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive and sales-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming trade and customer parts enquiries via telephone, email and online platforms
• Accurately identifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts to meet customer requirements
• Processing parts orders efficiently and ensuring excellent customer service throughout
• Maximising sales opportunities through upselling and promoting current offers and campaigns
• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Maintaining product knowledge through manufacturer training, updates, bulletins and parts catalogues
• Supporting the achievement of departmental sales targets and objectives
