Compass Group UK&I in the education sector, Chartwells, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor for a part-time role (30 hours per week) to oversee catering and service operations across sites in the UK. You will supervise kitchens and service counters, ensuring exceptional food and customer service while helping to drive KPIs with your line manager.

Formación

• Minimum of two years catering experience.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated with a willingness to upskill.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and service.
• Communicating with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and our teams to exceed expectations.
• Training and supporting teams to excel in their roles.
• Implementing Health & Safety standards across all teams.
