Compass Group UK&I is seeking a dedicated Catering Supervisor for Chartwells in Emsworth. This part-time role, contracted to 25 hours per week, focuses on delivering exceptional food and customer service while overseeing a team across kitchens and service counters.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable service.
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and our teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train teams to excel in their roles.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across catering and service teams.
