Job summary

Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor for a part-time role (25 hours/week) contracted to 43.8 weeks per year. You will oversee kitchens and service counters, deliver exceptional food experiences, and help drive KPIs while supporting and training teams.

The role requires at least two years of catering experience, team management skills, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate. Excellent communication and organisational abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to high standards and supervise catering teams.

• Liaise between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train staff; lead from the front.
• Implement Health & Safety standards across teams.
