Job summary

Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is hiring an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations for Chartwells. This role is contracted to 30 hours per week across a 43.2-week year, with day shifts.

You will prepare high-quality food, supervise teams, monitor KPIs, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and maintain a positive brand image. A Basic Food Hygiene certificate and prior management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Holder of a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams.
• Monitor KPIs and targets with line manager.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain brand image.
