Compass Group UK&I, Chartwells, is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations for Chartwells on a part-time basis at 32.5 hours per week. You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly and deliver exceptional food experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.
