Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, seeks an experienced Catering Supervisor for education catering. The role is part-time at 28 hours per week, contracted to 43.6 weeks per year, and focuses on exceptional food and service in schools.

You will lead kitchen and service teams, monitor KPIs, uphold Health & Safety, and represent the Chartwells brand while training staff to excel and advance within a supportive company.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill.

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising our culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and service.
• Communicating with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
