Job summary

Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee catering and service operations on a part-time basis (32.5 hours per week) contracted to 43.8 weeks per year. You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly and deliver exceptional food experiences in educational settings.

The role requires at least two years of catering experience, team leadership, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to high standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable service.

• Liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Coach and train team members to excel in their roles.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.
