Chartwells is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Chartwells on a part-time basis, 25 hours per week. You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly and help deliver exceptional food experiences.

With at least two years of catering experience and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, you will lead teams, monitor KPIs, and uphold our brand standards.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of catering experience or more.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

• Prepare delicious food to a high standard.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain service quality.
• Monitor KPIs and targets in regular communication with the line manager.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations.

• Ensure Health & Safety standards are implemented and followed.
