Job summary

Bethesda Southgate is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time role, 6:45am to 3:15pm. You will assess residents' health status on admission and continuously, develop care plans with an interdisciplinary team, and document care plans and interventions accurately.

Candidates should have an accredited RN education, valid RN license, CPR/AED certification (or willing to obtain within six months). Long-term care experience is preferred; strong communication and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• Education from an accredited school of nursing with RN license.
• CPR/AED certification required or obtainable within six months.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status on admission and ongoing basis.
• Develop and revise care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Document care plans and interventions accurately and timely.
• Communicate plan to IDT, residents and families; respond to changes.
