Job summary

Superdrug Stores is seeking a supervisor to lead a fast-paced team in Llandudno. You will motivate staff, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring the store runs smoothly every day.

The role requires supervisory experience, solid knowledge of retail KPIs, and a focus on developing colleagues. Piercing services may be offered to customers with training provided, though not essential to the position.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory/team leadership in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided and not essential).

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver high-quality customer service to keep customers returning.
• Keep shelves stocked and store looking its best while reducing shrinkage and till errors.
• Help the team hit targets and maintain smooth store performance.
• No two days are the same, keeping the role engaging.
