Job summary

The Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking an Operations Team Member at our Liskeard store to join a dynamic retail team. You will help maintain stock accuracy, support store presentation, and ensure safe, compliant operations to deliver an excellent customer experience.

This part-time permanent role offers 22.5 hours per week (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) with competitive hourly pay of £10.85–£12.71 and benefits including pension matching, staff discount, and promotional opportunities within

Qualifications

• NVQ or equivalent in retail (desirable).
• AMTRA, BASIS, or knowledge of FIAS/UFAS/NOPS (desirable).
• Health & safety awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Completing stock checks, gap scans, and replenishment picklists accurately and on time.
• Receiving deliveries and investigating discrepancies in orders or invoices.
• Maintaining stock file integrity and supporting inventory accuracy.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and legal standards (e.g. NOPS, FIAS, HACCP).
• Supporting banking processes and reviewing daily reports for anomalies.
• Replenishing shop and yard areas to company standards.
• Supporting promotional activity and visual merchandising plans.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the site.
