Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited is hiring a Warehouse / Yard Assistant in Fauld to join our Yard / Feedstore team. This hands-on role focuses on stock control, accuracy of deliveries, and delivering friendly, practical customer service in a busy outdoor environment.

Contract: Permanent, Hours: Part-time (5.5 hours per week, Sundays). The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety policies while supporting stock integrity and store standards.

Qualifications

Experience providing excellent customer service in a practical, hands-on retail setting.
Experience in manual handling and safe lifting practices.
Experience working in an agricultural or feedstore environment.
Forklift Truck licence (desirable).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and flexible team player committed to success.

Responsibilities

Assisting with goods inwards, stock rotation, and accurate processing of deliveries.
Maintaining integrity of stock records and ensuring correct selling of items.
Keeping feedstore and yard areas organised and compliant with company standards.
Delivering friendly, solution-focused service to all customers.
Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures.
