Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking a practical Warehouse/Yard Assistant to join our team in Fauld. This part-time role focuses on keeping our feedstore and yard organized, safe, and ready for customers, with 5.5 hours weekly on Sundays.

You will manage stock, support operational standards, and ensure excellent service while reflecting our values: customer first, innovative, knowledgeable, honest, committed, and courageous. Previous retail and agricultural exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a practical, hands-on retail setting.
• Experience in manual handling and safe lifting practices.
• Experience working in an agricultural or feedstore environment.
• Forklift Truck licence (desirable).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and flexible team player committed to success.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with goods inwards, stock rotation, and accurate processing of deliveries.
• Maintaining integrity of stock records and ensuring correct selling of items.
• Keeping feedstore and yard areas organised and compliant with company standards.
• Delivering friendly, solution-focused service to all customers.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures.
