B&M Retail Limited in Abingdon is recruiting a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Fairacres Retail Park. This permanent, part-time role is 20 hours per week and requires flexibility to work shifts between 7am and 10pm, supporting the Customer Service Manager in the cash office and checkout area to deliver the best service for customers.

Responsibilities

Support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and the checkout area to deliver excellent service
Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring staff behaviours meet store standards
Provide colleagues with the skills and knowledge they need
Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
Ensure store processes meet legal requirements and merchandise the store to drive sales and profitability
Protect and safeguard company assets
