• Support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and checkout area.
• Ensure colleagues demonstrate the appropriate behaviours in the checkout area and deliver great service.
• Merchandise the store to provide a welcoming environment and drive sales.
• Protect and safeguard company assets and ensure store processes meet legal requirements.
