Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to help ensure smooth operations in a major High Street brand on a part-time basis (15 hours per week).

You will supervise frontline staff, handle till transactions, and ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards, while supporting weekly rotas and stock control. Competitive pay and opportunities for development are offered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a frontline team and foster a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Check deliveries and manage stock promptly and accurately.
• Operate the till, take orders and process payments.
• Prepare and manage weekly rotas following manager guidance.
• Place orders to maintain stock levels and delegate tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety.
