Job summary

B&M Retail in Kirkcaldy is seeking a Floor Supervisor for a part-time role (20 hours/week) with shifts 4pm–11pm, to support the Floor Manager in delivering great store standards and customer service.

Ideal candidates are proactive, can lead a small team in a fast-paced retail environment, and are flexible to cover shift patterns. The role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for career progression within the business.

• Support the Floor Manager in delivering the best store standards for customers.
• Ensure colleagues demonstrate the appropriate behaviours at the checkout area and on the sales floor.
• Provide colleagues with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
• Ensure a safe environment for colleagues and customers.
• Merchandise the store to provide a welcoming customer environment while supporting sales and profitability.

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our team in! This is a permanent, part time role, working 20 hours a week and will require shifts to be works between the hours of 4.00pm - 11.00pm
