Compass Group UK&I is seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to support operations in a major High Street brand on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). You will supervise frontline staff, handle till operations, and help with stock and scheduling, contributing to a welcoming team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
• Team player and can-do attitude; ability to work under pressure while staying positive

Responsibilities

• Check and store deliveries promptly and correctly.
• Supervise a team and foster a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Act as a responsible key holder.
• Operate the till, take orders and process payments.
• Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as required.
• Prepare weekly rotas following management guidelines.
• Place stock orders to maintain correct stock levels.
• Delegate tasks and ensure proactive team performance.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations.
