B&M Retail is recruiting a Customer Service Supervisor for our Bicester store. You will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and checkout, ensuring the team delivers outstanding service to our customers.

• Support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and the checkout area to deliver excellent service.
• Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues.
• Ensure colleagues demonstrate appropriate behaviours in the checkout area.
• Provide colleagues with relevant skills and knowledge.
• Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
• Merchandise the store to create a welcoming environment that also drives sales and profitability.
• Protect and safeguard company assets.
