Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for Drumkeen Retail Park, Belfast. This permanent, part-time role (20 hours/week) requires daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

You will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and the checkout area to deliver excellent service. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in fast-paced retail, strong numerical and problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude.

• Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast paced retail environment.
