King's Residences at King's College London seeks a Residence Services Coordinator to deliver world-class hospitality for residents, guests and partners across campus sites. Qualifications

• A levels or vocational qualifications (HNC, NVQ3) or Equivalent.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Basic, but accurate typing skills.
• Strong IT skills with working experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work early and late shifts, weekends and to work flexibly across sites as needed.
• Ability to manage own time and work independently.

• Deliver a world class service to residents, short-term guests, summer business clients and external partners.
• Maintain exceptional hospitality standards and uphold the reception and communal areas.
• Collaborate with other residential functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Work independently, take initiative and foster effective teamwork.
