Job summary

CUBE Consulting is seeking a part-time Payroll Coordinator to deliver accurate and timely payroll processing. The role offers flexible hours (3 days per week) and remote work after training, with duties including payroll processing, new joiners and leavers, BIK/Deductions, and HMRC submissions.

Ideal applicants will have ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of Sage Payroll and Sage Accounting. A minimum of 2 years in a similar role is expected.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent experience is required.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential for payroll analysis and reporting.
• Solid IT skills and working knowledge of payroll software and HR systems.
• Knowledge of current workplace legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly salaries, deductions and other adjustments.
• Handle new starters and leavers accurately and timely.
• Input and manage BIKs and salary sacrifice deductions.
• Administer BIK records (Healthcare, life cover, company car schemes).
• Maintain Pension data and wage stream records.
• Update HR information in Evalu-8 for all employees.
• Process payroll payments and bank authorisations.
• Submit HMRC FPS/EPS submissions.
