Job summary

CUBE Consulting is seeking a Part Time Permanent Payroll Coordinator to join a well established, highly regarded firm. You will produce accurate and timely payroll processing with flexible hours (3 days per week) and remote work after training.

Responsibilities include monthly payroll processing, starters/leavers, BIK deductions, pension data, HMRC submissions, and annual P11D/PSA. ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CIMA Qualified or Qualified by experience.
• Sage Payroll systems knowledge desirable.
• Sage accounting systems knowledge desirable but not essential.
• Advanced Excel spreadsheets skills.
• Good IT skills.
• Knowledge of current workplace legislation.
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly salaries and additional payments, deductions and adjustments.
• Process new starters & leavers.
• Calculate and input BIK pay elements and standard/salary sacrifice deductions.
• Administer BIK records (Healthcare, life cover, company vehicle schemes, EV car, home & electronics).
• Maintain and process Pension data & Wage stream.
• Ensure HR information on Evalu-8 is up to date for all employees.
• Input and authorise payroll payments on the bank.
• Administer HMRC FPS, EPS submissions.
• Annual P11D submission and payment.
• Annual PSA submission and payment.
• Annual management of holidays & salary changes.
• Reporting to Office for National Statistics.
