Job summary

Virtuoso Recruitment Limited is seeking a Payroll Coordinator for a part-time role at three days a week, with hybrid working between Letchworth Garden City and home. You will be responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing, including starters, leavers, BIK deductions, and pension data.

The position requires attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines, with experience in Sage payroll systems preferred.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Sage Payroll systems desirable.
• Experience with Sage accounting systems desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly salaries and related payments.
• Handle new starters and leavers.
• Compute BIK and salary sacrifice deductions.
• Administer Benefit in Kind records.
• Maintain Pension data and Wage stream.
• Input and authorise payroll payments to bank.
• Administer HMRC FPS and EPS submissions.
• Prepare annual P11D and PSA submissions.
• Manage holidays and salary changes; report data.
• Report to Office for National Statistics.
