Job summary

Virtuoso Recruitment Limited is seeking a Payroll Coordinator on a part-time basis (3 days a week) with a hybrid working pattern between Wrexham Industrial Estate and home. You will handle monthly payroll processing, new starters and leavers, and related adjustments.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent by experience.
• 2+ years payroll experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Excel and IT skills with knowledge of workplace legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly salaries, deductions and additional payments.
• Process new starters and leavers.
• Input BIK pay elements and salary sacrifice deductions.
• Administer Benefit in Kind records (Healthcare, life cover, EV schemes, etc.).
• Maintain Pension data and Wage stream.
• Ensure HR information for Evalu-8 is up to date for all employees.
• Input and authorise payroll payments on the bank.
• Administer HMRC FPS and EPS submissions.
• Annual P11D and PSA submissions; holidays and salary changes.
• Reporting to Office for National Statistics.
