Job summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a Part Time Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of clients with varied payrolls including CIS and Director payroll. The role offers hybrid working with a mix of in-office and remote days and focuses on accuracy in processing starters, leavers and statutory payments.

In return, the company offers a competitive salary of £30,000–£32,000 FTE, flexible hours, a company pension, on-site parking, and pro-rata holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• UK payroll experience and knowledge of statutory payments
• Ability to manage multiple client portfolios
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• End to end payroll processing for own portfolio of clients (approx 80 clients)
• Client relationship management
• CIS Payroll / Director payroll / varied other payrolls to process
• Processing new starters, leavers etc.
• SSP, SMP, Pensions payments
• Adhoc payroll responsibilities
