Job summary

Wessex Water is seeking a Regional Scheduler for 16 hours per week, primarily Mondays and Tuesdays, with a pro rata salary of £13,312 per annum. The role centres on creating efficient schedules to minimise mileage and fuel use and to provide resilience within the Regional Scheduling team.

You will coordinate with operational staff across disciplines to reduce overdue work, prioritise and raise work requests, schedule planned maintenance, and keep customers updated to meet performance

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or coordinating roles is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Ability to work across multiple IT systems with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maximise the efficient use of operational staff time by creating schedules that reduce mileage and fuel expenditure.
• Liaise with operational staff across multiple disciplines to reduce overdue work.
• Raise and prioritise work requests, and schedule planned maintenance activities.
• Provide regular updates to customers to support performance commitments.
