Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Part-Time Receptionist include:

  • Maintain site security during out-of-hours periods and oversee emergency evacuations when required.
  • Provide first aid support and manage the first aid room, including monitoring and replenishing supplies.
  • Assist staff with printer usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consumables are stocked.
  • Keep work areas tidy and hazard‑free, ensuring parcels and furniture are stored safely and securely.
  • Respond to internal email enquiries regarding reception services and notify hosts of guest arrivals.
  • Administer the companies archiving processes, including logging and retrieving items via online systems and coordinating cyclical disposals.
  • Provide porterage services for large meetings and events, including resetting conference rooms and other site areas.
  • Maintain out-of-hours site security and deliver emergency response and first aid provision during these times.
The Successful Applicant

The successful Part-Time Receptionist should have:

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist/Front of House/Customer Facing role.
  • Being First Aid trained is essential.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
