Job summary

Impact Recruitment is seeking a Project Delivery Manager for UK-wide projects. The role blends on-site field delivery with office coordination, with typical 2–3 days on site and 2–3 days in the office, visiting sites regularly to oversee progress and ensure safety and quality.

You will lead multiple projects across the UK, manage contractors and subcontractors, and act as the main point of contact for customers, engineers and site teams to deliver on time and to standard.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering engineering/construction/infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with contractors, subcontractors and field teams.
• Understanding of construction activities and technical installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the practical delivery of multiple projects across the UK.
• Visit project sites regularly to oversee progress, quality and safety.
• Coordinate supervisors, engineers, operatives, contractors and subcontractors.
• Provide updates to customers and act as main point of contact during delivery.
• Ensure proper sequencing and delivery of groundworks, installation and infrastructure.
