The successful candidate will convert self-pay enquiries into procedures and ensure quality service to potential patients. Applicants should have strong customer service and influencing skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The role offers a salary of up to £27,000.00 FTE per year, depending on experience, and includes various benefits such as a pension scheme, private healthcare, and 25 days of holiday increasing to 30 days with service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in a sales-oriented role is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English.
