A company in the oil and gas sector is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to support a director during maternity leave. The role involves inbox management, flagging important emails, and summarizing daily actions. An oil and gas company that mobilise maintenance teams across the word is seeking a part-time PA, paying between £15-17 per hour, to support the company during a maternity period.
The role will be supporting one of the directors who will be on maternity leave with all of their inbox management.
This PA will be working 3 hours a day (the hours can be decided with the client) 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. While the role is predominantly remote, the company are ideally looking for someone to go the Reigate office once a week for updates and meetings. The contract will run from January till August/ September time depending on when the director will be back from leave.
The ideal candidate will be looking for a part time role and would be based close to the Reigate area. You will have an eye for detail, be methodical in your approach to working and enjoy being that go to person for a direct report. This would suit a return to work mum or someone who has other outside commitments. Experience will inbox management would be an advantage!
