Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in East Midlands Derby is seeking a highly organised Transport Administrator to support our busy transport operation. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the transport department through accurate administration, effective communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative role within transport, logistics or supply chain.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the transport team.
Process and maintain transport documentation accurately.
Update and manage transport management systems and databases.
Monitor driver paperwork and ensure compliance records are up to date.
Liaise with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders regarding deliveries and collections.
Produce reports, KPIs and operational data for management teams.
Maintain vehicle and driver records and ensure information is current.
