Are you an Office Administrator, Sales Administrator, Customer Assistant with good IT and clear communication skills, looking to work Part Time for a modern, supportive, great team who look after their employees and enjoy what they do?

A small but very established and reputable business where their customers are at the heart of everything that they do. They pride themselves on delivering customer excellence which gives them repeat customers year on year! near Blackburn Town Centre is looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team in a modern office environment.

This part-time role is perfect for someone who values work-life balance and wants to contribute to a close-knit environment. As a Part Time Office Administrator, you’ll take on a range of tasks to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day customer driven, administration and sales order systems.

Hours and Days: 18-25 hours a week, negotiable. 3 x days a week – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday ideally – open to discuss

Salary: £12.00 - £13.00 per annum (£23k - £25k per annum, pro rata)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing accurate sales orders onto the in‑house system
  • Prepare delivery notes, organise site order administration and invoices
  • Maintain seamless communication between the office, site staff, and managers
  • Handle general administrative duties to support the team
  • Answer customer related calls and queries
