Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part‑time Workforce/Rota Coordinator (Band 5) for the Medicine Directorate at Frimley Park Hospital. The role supports rostering, workforce planning and recruitment with the Operation Manager to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.

You will coordinate annual leave and absences across medical staff, manage on‑call rotas, and help ensure staffing levels align with service demands.

• Experience in managing medical rotas
• Experience in workforce planning

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule rotas for elective and non-elective clinical activities to meet service demands.
• Oversee on‑call rotas to maintain service continuity and patient safety.
• Coordinate annual leave, study leave and other absences for all grades of medical staff.
• Support recruitment processes and address workforce gaps with HR.
• Contribute to workforce planning and rota regulations compliance.
