OKA Guildford is recruiting a part-time Interior Sales Advisor (16 hours per week) to support our Retail Team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, share product knowledge and help customers create spaces with character and comfort.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will maximise revenue, handle EPOS transactions accurately and promote the OKA Design Advisors and IDS service. Weekend work and occasional travel may be required.

Competenze

• Luxury retail experience, ideally within the furniture or homeware sectors.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Proven soft selling skills, including cross-selling of complementary products.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
• Flexible approach to weekends and public holidays; occasional store travel.
• Target-driven with keen interest in beautiful interiors.
• Creative, problem-solving spirit and passion for the OKA brand.

Mansioni

• Provision of exceptional customer service to OKA customers
• Providing advice and guidance on products to customers in person and via phone
• Generating and maximising revenue to meet sales targets
• Efficient and accurate execution of EPOS transactions, processing of payments and associated paperwork
• Identifying sales opportunities
• Promoting the OKA In-Store Design Advisors and Interior Design Service (IDS)
• Being a proactive member of the sales floor team: greeting customers, offering assistance, handling returns, and maintaining store presentation
