Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to OKA customers.
• Offer expert product advice in-store and via phone.
• Generate and maximise project revenue to meet sales targets.
• Process EPOS transactions and related paperwork.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities.
• Promote OKA In-Store Design Advisors and IDS.
• Support sales floor as senior member: greet customers, manage returns, maintain presentation standards.
