OKA Direct LTD is seeking a part-time Interior Sales Advisor for our Guildford store. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, offering product guidance in person and over the phone, and driving sales while handling EPOS transactions and related paperwork.

You will support the Retail Team and may travel to assist other stores. The ideal candidate has luxury retail experience, a passion for interiors, and strong relationship-building skills, with a proactive, target-driven

Competenze

• Previous luxury retail experience, ideally within furniture or homeware sectors.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and building lasting relationships.
• Proven soft selling skills including link-selling of complementary products.
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
• Flexible approach to weekends and holidays; travel to support other stores.
• Keen interest in beautiful interiors and OKA brand.

• Provide exceptional customer service to OKA customers.

• Generate and maximise revenue to meet sales targets.
