Job summary

OKA Direct LTD is seeking a part-time Interior Sales Advisor (20 hours) to support our Retail Team at our Harrogate store. You will deliver outstanding customer service with product knowledge and enthusiasm for interiors, process EPOS transactions, and contribute to sales targets.

The role requires luxury retail experience, a proactive attitude, and flexibility to work weekends. OKA offers a generous benefits package and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building.
• Strong soft-selling skills and product recommendations.
• Good organisational skills and prioritisation.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Keen interest in beautiful interiors and OKA products.
• Enthusiasm for the OKA brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to OKA customers.
• Advise on products in person and via phone.
• Generate and maximise revenue to meet sales targets.
• Process EPOS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell where appropriate.
• Promote OKA In-Store Design Advisors and IDS.
• Be a proactive member of the sales floor team and maintain presentation standards.
