Job summary

OKA invites an Interior Sales Advisor to join our Bath store on a full-time basis (40 hours). You will deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience, advise on products, and help drive revenue while representing the OKA brand.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will work on weekends and holidays as needed, maintain presentation standards, upsell related services, and contribute to a supportive, design-led team.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail experience in furniture or homeware.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and upsell products.
• Excellent organisational skills and workload prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product advice.
• Generate and maximise revenue to meet sales targets.
• Process EPOS transactions accurately.
• Promote in-store design services.
• Support the team on the shop floor and manage returns.
