Job summary

OKA Newcastle is seeking a part-time Interior Sales Advisor (24 hours per week) to support our Retail Team. The role is based at OKA Newcastle, on Fenwick's furniture floor, offering a curated edit of furniture, homeware and lighting to help customers create spaces with character and comfort.

You will deliver outstanding service, share expert product knowledge, and drive revenue while upholding presentation standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to build lasting relationships and drive sales.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Flexible weekends and travel for meetings or training.
• Passion for OKA brand and beautiful interiors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to OKA customers.
• Offer product advice in person and over the phone.
• Generate revenue to meet sales targets.
• Process EPOS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote IDS.
• Work as a proactive member of the sales floor team.
• Greet customers, handle returns, and maintain store presentation.
