Job summary

OKA is seeking a full-time Interior Sales Advisor for our Bath store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge and drive revenue while representing our luxury homeware brand on the shop floor.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will greet customers, advise on products, process EPOS transactions and support events, training and occasional trips to other OKA stores. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, plus occasional travel, is required.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail experience, ideally within the furniture or homeware sectors.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and building lasting relationships.
• Proven soft selling skills, including cross-selling of complementary products.
• Good organisation and the ability to prioritise.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays and occasional travel for training.
• Target-driven and enthusiastic about beautiful interiors.
• Creative and problem-solving mindset with passion for the OKA brand.

Responsibilities

• Provision of exceptional customer service to OKA customers.
• Providing advice and guidance on products in person and via phone.
• Generating and maximising revenue to meet sales targets.
• Processing EPOS transactions and related paperwork.
• Identifying sales opportunities and promoting the IDS service.
• Being a proactive member of the sales floor team and supporting store operations.
