Job summary

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Lunchtime Inclusion Coordinator for Berkshire College of Agriculture in Maidenhead. This part-time, term-time role involves delivering lunchtime clubs, supporting students with additional needs, and promoting employability skills within a safe, inclusive setting.

You will report to the Head of Learning Support and work with staff across Student Services to maintain records and contribute to college events.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 qualifications in English and mathematics.
• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in youth work or education is desirable.
• First Aid certification and social media experience are desirable attributes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver an engaging programme of lunchtime clubs.
• Create an inclusive, safe and supportive environment for students with additional needs.
• Integrate essential employability development into activities (leadership, communication, resilience, punctuality, enterprise skills).
• Collaborate with teaching staff, Learning Support Assistants, external partners and the wider Student Services team.
