Role: Part time Legal Manager (Property Management firm, Ilford, London)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year

Civitas Recruitment is working with a large, growing property development/management company based in London, which also has a philanthropic arm investing in social and charitable activities. Due to growth, an opportunity exists for a Legal Manager to join the team. You will have direct responsibility for legal support across all company functions and provide legal advice in various areas. This is a hybrid role based in Ilford, East London.

Who are we looking for?

Qualified UK solicitor with broad commercial and contractual law experience. Experience in property law and commercial leases is a plus but not essential. Open to newly qualified candidates demonstrating aptitude and generalist experience. Good understanding of HR is required, with potential for skills development.
