Job summary

PORCELANOSA in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time First Line IT Support specialist to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a Windows environment. You will provide on-site and remote support for around 450 users across 23 UK locations, installing software and maintaining user accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop and network support in Windows environments.
• Familiar with SAP, Wareflow and design software suites.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line hardware and software support via on-site and remote channels.
• Install company software including Wareflow, SAP, MS Office, and design tools.
• Set up new users and PCs; manage Active Directory accounts.
• Administer Windows Server services: DNS, DHCP, and backups.
• Coordinate with external suppliers for CCTV, telephony, and IT services.
• Liaise with internal departments for CRM, SAP, Wareflow, and design software.
• Maintain network infrastructure and investigate antivirus/Video Conference systems.
• Handle mobile devices and peripheral repairs/replacements.
