Job summary

Porcelanosa UK LTD seeks a part-time IT support specialist to provide first-line hardware and software assistance across 23 UK locations. You will handle desktop and network issues for about 450 users, install SAP, Wareflow, MS Office and design software, and set up new users and PCs.

The role involves Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP), backup tasks, SAP user management, and coordination with external suppliers. Strong multitasking and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop and network support in a Windows environment.
• Experience supporting 450 users across multiple locations in the UK.
• Familiarity with SAP, Wareflow, and design software.

Responsibilities

• Desktop Support – via phone, email and face-to-face.
• Install company software – Wareflow, SAP, MS Office, design software.
• Setup new users/new PCs.
• MS Windows Server Administration – Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Backup administration.
• SAP administration, unlocking and requesting new accounts.
• Repair/replace hardware – PCs and peripherals.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers and internal departments.
• Telephony administration and device setup.
• Administration of network infrastructure, firewalls and internet connections.
• First contact for antivirus, iPads, video conference system.
