Job summary

PORCELANOSA Group in the UK is seeking a part-time Desktop and Network Support specialist to provide first-line IT support for hardware and software in a Windows environment. You will install software, set up users and devices, manage Active Directory, DNS and DHCP, and liaise with third-party suppliers for CCTV and telecoms across multiple UK sites.

You will work 30 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 8am–2pm or 9am–3pm, in office-based support with on-site and remote elements as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience providing desktop and network support in a Windows environment.
• Support for ~450 users across 23 UK locations.
• Proficient with Windows Server Administration: AD, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with SAP administration and setting up accounts.
• Setup and support for mobile devices and telephony.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Desktop Support via phone, email and face-to-face.
• Install company software (Wareflow, SAP, MS Office, Design software).
• Setup new users/new PCs.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Backup administration.
• SAP administration, unlocks and account requests.
